Jim graduated from Conway High School, then majored in Business at Arkansas State Teachers College and Hesston Mennonite College.
After college, Jim joined Hesston Corporation as Branch Accountant in Kansas then transitioned into marketing as Territory Manager for Arkansas. Later he transferred to Dallas as Branch Manager for Massey Ferguson’s South Central Region. He has 2 years of experience as a Realtor and 15 years of experience in construction. Jim has built and operated 10 restaurants in the last 22 years and has gained knowledge and experience in other areas of interest. Being an entrepreneur and somewhat of a fixture in his community, he has developed close relationships with people in all walks of life and understands the importance of doing what’s best for those around him. Not just what’s best for each individual right now, but he looks at how he can help others long-term. He’s bought and sold his own homes and understands the value of homeownership and the need for the right loan products for different circumstances. He’s the one to call when you need to ‘get it done right’!
In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in church activities. His philosophy is, “If you can’t help someone when they need you, then they don’t need you!” Let’s get it done right!
